Does DIETARY garlic, turmeric, ginger, green tea, etc., heighten the risk of bruising following fillers?

I have my first Restylane treatment scheduled for six days from now. To lower the risk of bruising, I've been advised to avoid medications and supplements that thin the blood, including garlic, ginger, turmeric, and green tea supplements, among many other things. However, trace amounts of these substances are ingredients in many foods and drinks and hard to avoid. Does having these blood-thinning ingredients in the form of food or drink--rather than supplementation--raise bruising risk?
