For those plastic surgeons who charge extra for each additional area of lipo during a BBL, are the arms and the thighs considered to be one area or is it each arm and then each thigh individually?

I am not aware of any problems with Liposuction or BBL in patients with neurofibromatosis. You should, however, discuss this with your Internist as well as your Plastic Surgeon. You appear to be a good candidate for BBL. All The Best !
