Laser Genesis or the Spectra laser for little PIH and uneven skin tone?

Hi , I am an indian male with mild to moderate scarring and uneven skin tone . Is spectra laser better or the laser genesis for treating uneven skin tone and enlarged pores? Currently I am using Obagi nuderm system.

I do not find that lasers help PIH they can often worsen it.  I suggest lightening creams and light salicylic acid peels.  Please find a dermatologist with experience in pigmentation.  Best, Dr. Emer.

The Laser Genisis can definitely help improve your uneven skin tone. However, large pores are really about genetics. Though lasers will help, they can not eliminate your large pores so make sure that your expectations are realistic. I wouldn't want you to be disappointed.
