Laser Genesis or the Spectra laser for little PIH and uneven skin tone?

Hi , I am an indian male with mild to moderate scarring and uneven skin tone . Is spectra laser better or the laser genesis for treating uneven skin tone and enlarged pores? Currently I am using Obagi nuderm system.
