Hi , I am an indian male with mild to moderate scarring and uneven skin tone . Is spectra laser better or the laser genesis for treating uneven skin tone and enlarged pores? Currently I am using Obagi nuderm system.

In general, I have my patients refrain from using a retinol for at least a couple of following any laser treatment since your skin is going to be overly sensitive.
My first suggestion would be for you to have your skin evaluated by a dermatologist. If your pores are truly "oily", you may benefit from something such as Accutane. Then, depending on what the doctor says, schedule a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon to be examined in person...
