Has anyone heard of cold laser therapy? Does anyone know of a doctor that offers this?

This typically refers to "erbium" resurfacing which is good in the short term but long term gives very little collagen production.  Depending on your skin type and condition, fractional co2 laser resurfacing in my hands gives much greater long term benefits.  Best, Dr. Emer.

Cold laser therapy
is typically known as Low Level LED therapy and while some hype its benefits, I
am not aware of much clinical work where it has shown to be as effective as
some of the better laser systems out there, which can help what you are
describing.



I would recommend
having a consultation with a board-certified dermatologist or plastic surgeon
and determine the best way to handle your skin care concerns.
