Where exactly the foam triangle goes on lower back? after BBL

after BBL you get a triangle and they place it on lower back, but Im not sure where it goes between the butt cheeks or above , or where the crack starts

Thank you for your question.  all doctors have different post op routines.  You need to call your PS and ask him where he likes it.  I personally don't put foam on my patients.

Thank you for your question.  I hope you recovery is going well.  If you orient the point of the triangle down, it should start just below the gluteal crease.  The sides of the triangle should hug the upper contour of gluteal mound heading our to your hips.  I would confirm the placement with you plastic surgeon though.  Good luck!

Generally the foam triangle is put in the lower back at the beginning of the butt crease.Please ask your plastic surgeon what his intention was and is. Best,Mats Hagstrom MD
