Is there a way to change the shape of your lips?

I don't want plumper lips, but I do want more feminine lips. I would like an enhanced cupids bow, along with the edges being more feminine. Is there a way to make this happen?

You have great lips that many women would want. The picture of the model that you show has smaller, more focused upper lip. Changing your lips would be very difficult and really - not necessary.Your lips are fabulous and you will like them more the older you get. As we all get older, our lips shrink. If you start with such great lips, they will last very well and will be an envy of many. I hope that is reassuring.

I think that the overall shape and balance of your lips is nice.  If you would like more definition in the Cupid's Bow I recommend using a small amount of Juvederm filler. What you need is improvement in contour and definition, and I would not recommend doing anything that significantly alters the overall shape or size of your lips. Good luck!  Harry V. Wright MD
