My upper lip is uneven, I can't see it or feel it unless I take a photo with my front facing camera. What could fix this?(photo)

The right side of my upper lip is more full, and plump than the left side. (Opposite sides in photo) I can't see it when I look in the mirror. It throws my whole face off, the asymmetry is unattractive in my eyes. I'd like to get it fixed permanently. If I pucker, smile, or just talk, the left side still higher than the left.

Thank you for the question, and your photos.  My bias is not to have permanent objects, (silicone, etc) in the face in general and the lips in particular.  Your face will change over time, and typically what you put in may have to be removed.  We have taken many implantable devices out of lips.  Some will do a nice job on the lip lift.  It is a surgical procedure, so it must be taken seriously.  My suggestion for now is to continue with the filler.  Best to see a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon or Otolaryngologist, (ENT).  They will help make a plan for you.

You have a few options.  We may get balance through a combination of adding and removing volume (e.g. fillers and botox). Aternatively, wcould consider a lip lift with stitches hidden under your nose.

The shape and size of lips vary per person and from one side to the other. It appears that the R side of your lip is higher and more turned out because the muscle near the lateral part of the nose is stronger than that on the left side. I would bet that when you do a full smile the right lip elevates more than the left. The left lip is longer appearing than the right as well.  Better lip symmetry in my opinion could be achieved with a little Botox on the right and a bit of filler to the left upper lip. Filler alone will weight down the longer more inverted lip on the left and make the asymmetry worse.
