Vermillion border. Any suggestions? (photos)

Question

My lips are UGLY: my upper lip line (vermillion border) is shaped in an ugly way. Is it possible to do reconstructive surgery in order to reshape it . I have to put lip liner on all the time to try to change the shape but it's gross. It's such a complex for me, can you help me please? (i think i'm the only woman in the world with this problem...)

First, sorry that you are experiencing this frustration. Fillers are routinely used these days to outline the borders of the lips or to strengthen them. If you have found that the use of a lip liner has helped a bit, then it is possible that the use of a filler may likewise do so, but on a more long-term basis. Consultation with a board certified aesthetic core physician with extensive experience and expertise in nonsurgical lip augmentation would seem quite reasonable.
