Vermillion border. Any suggestions? (photos)

My lips are UGLY: my upper lip line (vermillion border) is shaped in an ugly way. Is it possible to do reconstructive surgery in order to reshape it . I have to put lip liner on all the time to try to change the shape but it's gross. It's such a complex for me, can you help me please? (i think i'm the only woman in the world with this problem...)

As we age we lose fullness in our face, including the fat and the bone support.  We also lose collagen and elastin, so our skin wants to sag.  All of these things combine to make our lips look thinner as we age.  I would suggest some volume around your mouth and in your chin...

Thank you for your question. See a Board Certified Dermatologist or Board Certified Plastic Surgeon, and have an evaluation.  You may need CO2 laser resurfacing, and a filler to correct this problem. I hope this helps!
