Hello, I'm 24 yrs old. I've had a rhinoplasty 10 years ago and had some stitching on the base of the nose. My nasal sills are droopy. I was thinking of doing an italian lip lift (2 incisions inside the nostrils) above the nasal sills to lift them up and to lift my lips and show more teeth at the same time. Is this idea feasible? if not why? could it get worse and what are the possible complications of such procedure

Lip filler is a suitable nonsurgical alternative. I would highly recommend getting a formal evaluation with and treatment from a board-certified cosmetic dermatologist and expert in facial sculpting. Technique is the key to a successful lip augmentation with fillers, so you'll want to see...
Lip Lift should be performed to allow for new lip shape. You'll need to wait for this to fully heal prior to permanent makeup procedure. Lip fillers are another nonsurgical alternative with a quicker healing time. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer
A lip lift does 4 things: shortens the distance between your nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of the upper lip, increases the incisor show and pulls up the corners.
