Is lip lift an option to lift my nasal sills? (Photos)

Question

Hello, I'm 24 yrs old. I've had a rhinoplasty 10 years ago and had some stitching on the base of the nose. My nasal sills are droopy. I was thinking of doing an italian lip lift (2 incisions inside the nostrils) above the nasal sills to lift them up and to lift my lips and show more teeth at the same time. Is this idea feasible? if not why? could it get worse and what are the possible complications of such procedure

Your nose is crooked, is deviated to one side, which is deviating your philtrum columns as well. You would be better off doing a revision of the rhinoplasty and the columella area. At the same time, a lip lift can be done.
