Hello I broke my nose over 6 months ago and haven’t done the closed reduction so it’s still crooked. Is it possible to fix the crookedness only without changing the shape of my nose? Can it go back to the way it once was ? I really want to keep my natural nose and don’t want any change. Would a septoplasty be mandatory too? Thank you for your time.
