Airsculpt fat transfer to lips?

Facial fat transfer is inherently, unpredictable, and precise, and potentially unforgiving if patients don’t like the outcome.
Fillers are the opposite. Fillers are precise, predictable, and generally forgiving if people don’t like the outcome.
If you’ve never had fillers, then I suggest you start with that procedure and make sure you like the outcome.
For those interested in fat transfer, I suggest looking very carefully for someone who has a proven track record and can show you an impressive collection of long term outcomes of this procedure. An experienced provider should be able to show you the before and after pictures of a minimum of 20 sets of before and after pictures but preferably 50-200+. Early fast transfer results can look very impressive but do not in any way. Represents final results. Do not go by results unless you know for sure the actor pictures were taken at least six months from the date of surgery.
Lips tend be difficult to get fat to survive in. and sometimes it survives in a disproportionate manner leaving people permanently lopsided.
There are significant differences in skill and experience among all providers doing aesthetic work. Mastering facial fat, transfer has a long steep learning curve.
Getting Fillers is also highly dependent on who you choose as a provider.
The biggest mistake patients make before cosmetic surgery is not having enough consultations and not being thorough enough when it comes to vetting providers.
My general recommendation if they have more consultations than you may think necessary, and when, in doubt, slow down and schedule more consultations.
For lips volume I would highly recommend doing Fillers before even considering something as complex as fat transfer.
