Had under eyes blepharopasty 2 weeks ago and have had pus in the scar. What should I do? (photos)

Question

During the recovery time, I’ve noticed some pus, but dilligently apply antibiotic ointment and take antibiotics pills for 7 days and washed my face with boiled water. The stitches has just been removed 2 days ago and my doc changed the antibiotic ointment to Terramycin. Seems like its no where to be better yet or even the pus has develop some more. Should I just wait and keep applying Terramycin for another 5 days ?

Thank you for your question. If you have a picture of when the infection was at its worst, this would be useful. Looking at your eyes currently, there does not seem to be a lot of redness around and so I would think the treatment has worked. The swelling will take time to resolve normally and especially after an infection. This will give you a distorted look to how it will eventually appear. 
I would not necessarily continue with the terramycin but I would definitely continue with the advice that your surgeon has given you with respect to the treatment. He/ she will be better to advise as they say you at the time of infection and will be able to see how it is behaving.
