Can the use of water in a spray bottle to clean and wash transplanted hair 3 weeks post-op cause damage? (Photos)

You can take normal showers after the 10th day of your hair transplant operation. You do not have to use spray water. ı suggest talk with your hair specialist before using minoxidil. The shedding is normal in between the 2nd week and the 2nd month.

At 42 days post-op, it's safe to wash your transplanted hair and it's fine if the the scab or transplanted hair fall off. It's very normal event after surgery. Up to 90-95% of transplanted hair will fall out after 2 weeks post-op. No worries, it will start growing back after 3-4 months.

Since its been 42 days after your surgery your grafts are secure. Spraying your scalp with a spray bottle as shown will not cause any damage. You are able to wash your head normally at this point in time.

AT 3 weeks all of the recipient grafts have rooted and are secure. You should be shampooing your hair and using a good conditioner
