Dust exposure in a normal sense should be fine. If you have issue or concerns it is best to follow up with your doctor.

It is normal for the skin to get red and irritated post facial hair transplant. This phase typically lasts about a month and does settle down naturally. If it does not steroids and medications can be considered to settle down the inflammation.

Moustache and beard hair (facial hair) is a secondary male characteristics that starts with puberty.  It is also genetic in nature and some men cannot grow a full beard or moustache.  There are no creams to make hairs grow.
