Dust exposure after FUE Beard Transplant. Should I be concerned?

Dust exposure in a normal sense should be fine. If you have issue or concerns it is best to follow up with your doctor.

If you cover it, I doubt there will be a problem. What you should look for, is dust in the graft recipient area and that would be an irritant 

The follicles are under the skin and the dust will not harm the follicles. However it is best to keep away from any environment that May cause an infection in general. If you see any sign of infection then co tact your doctor to do a follow up visit.
