I still have bruising on my arms and legs from liposuction. Is lymphatic massage ok to get from Massage Envy?

to getting lymphatic massage at all, this is a question that can only be
answered by your plastic surgeon. Be sure to check with him or her first to see
what is recommended specifically for you. If lymphatic massage is given the
okay, the next step is to find a massage therapist who specializes in that
technique. Look for massage therapists who have the specific skills and
knowledge that are recommended in order to achieve the intended benefits
associated with lymphatic massage.

What you are experiencing is fairly common after liposuction. It will improve with time. Massage has not been shown to be of any benefit. You should follow the instructions of your own surgeon.

I would check with you PS.  I typically recommend lymphatic massage to patients after liposuctionwhen I feel that they are at the point in their recovery where this would benefit them.I would only recommend massage envy if they cam prove to you that their massage therapist is certified in lymphatic massage.  otherwise find one through another source.
