I had Vaser liposuction on my gynecomastia which doctor said that I have a lot of fats and little bit gland and he said that if the Vaser removed the gland then there will be no need to do incession and remove it. And that what happened just lipo. I'm in 4th day and I didn't saw my chest I'm wearing vest now. I'm so concern that he left any gland so I put my picture before so doctors here can define my stat whether it is lipomastia only or I have gland, and if I do can Vaser really remove it?
Answer: Concerns 4 Days Post Vaser Lipo & Gynecomastia Surgery Well, it's too soon to determine. Bruising and #swelling are normal and usually increase slightly after the removal of any tape or foam from #Gynecomastia surgery. The bruising will decrease over 3-4 weeks, but may last as long as 6 weeks. The majority of the swelling will be gone within the first 3-4 weeks. However, it may take 6-9 weeks to disappear completely. As far as the liposuction, many studies indicate that there is less injury to the body with Vaser than with traditional #liposuction. Recovery from Vaser Liposuction is based on the level of soreness and bruising experienced by the patient. But, it can vary among patients. As with traditional liposuction, there are no large incisions or effect on the muscle and other underlying tissue. Therefore, #healing time may be less than anticipated by most. Therefore, Vaser patients may experience less #pain or discomfort, #swelling (#edema) and bruising post procedure due to the nature of the technique. The final results of the #vaser are typically most noticeable 2-4 months following the #Vaser. So, you must have patience. The swelling will gradually diminish while the contours of the treated area(s) can continue to improve up to one year post procedure; becoming more apparent in appearance. If you have concerns about your healing, or pain that you question to be unusual, it is important to call your plastic surgeon to discuss these further asked to be examined.

Answer: Chest VASER VASER is a good option for male chest reduction as long as there is a good combination of fat and gland. Only in some cases does the gland have to be removed surgically . It would be a bit early to make any assessment on the outcome especially without examining you. Leaving a little bit of gland is not harmful and may actually prevent retraction of the nipple areola complex. If you have any concerns go see your surgeon and discuss it.

Answer: 4 days post op, much too soon Hi There,4 days post op is very early to start dissecting the results of your procedure. In fact, vaser lipo will take about 6-9 months to reach the final end point. The first couple months is always the hardest because of the anticipation of the final results. Be patient with the process and follow your surgeon's post op recommendations
