I was googling ear deformities because I’ve always been insecure of my ears since they don’t fold at the top/side like normal ears do and I stumbled upon Stahls ears. Just wondering if I have it.

Answer: Cosmetic ear reshaping Stahl’s bar is characterized by a vertical bump in the upper portion of your ear, where it’s normally flat. This bump extends up to the curved part of the top ear (helical rim). It doesn’t appear that you have this vertical bump. However, your helical rim does seem to be not as defined, giving the top of your ear a flattened out appearance. This issue can be resolved with cosmetic ear reshaping surgery.

Answer: This is not a stahl ear In order to be called a stah ear, there must be a strong bridge of cartilage (3rd crus) extending from the antihelix fold to the helix.
