Would it be possible to create a helix fold on my ear with sutures? (Photos)

I recently went in for a consultation for otoplasty, the surgeon explained that he would be difficult to create the fold since i have a rare deformity. As you can see, my helical rim indents inward at the top. Sorry if i’m not using the correct terms

On side view, you appear to have normal and pleasing architecture of your ear cartilage. On oblique view, it appears as though your antihelical fold protrudes further from your head than your helix. This is due to a deep conscious bowl, depending on your examination, conscious setback sutures may be considered for achieving a less visible ear appearance on front view. I hope this helps! Hello, hope you are well. It appears from your photos that the antihelix projects further from your head than the helical rim. This can be corrected with a quick procedure under local anesthesia.
