What are some recommendations to deal with PAH, nerve pain, and hyperpigmentation 1 year post-op from CoolSculpting? (photos)

I think I have a mild case of PAH. I was treated with cool sculpting a year ago and feel like the area is now larger and more defined than it was previously. There is a clear shelf where the applicator started. I also still have occasional nerve pain, was burned and ended up with hyperpigmentation that has not resolved. Any recommendations?
