I think I have a mild case of PAH. I was treated with cool sculpting a year ago and feel like the area is now larger and more defined than it was previously. There is a clear shelf where the applicator started. I also still have occasional nerve pain, was burned and ended up with hyperpigmentation that has not resolved. Any recommendations?
Answer: Coolsculpting Procedure CoolSculpting or cryolipolysis is a non-surgical body contouring procedure that involves a fat-freezing method to destroy the stubborn fat in certain parts of the body. Once the fat cells are got ridden off, they are slowly broken down and dismissed from the body by the liver. It is a non-invasive procedure that involves no cuts, anesthesia, or any other medical instruments entering the body. Coolsculpting is the method used to remove the targeted fats that are so hard to remove through exercising or dieting. Fat cells are more impacted by freezing temperatures than other cells. This cold does not damage other cells, like skin or underlying tissue. The CoolSculpting procedures take around 35-60 minutes, according to the person’s wish to target. The average cost of CoolSculpting cost around $2,000 to $4,000. This procedure has a high success and satisfaction rate. CoolSculpting is not a weight-loss treatment. The body removes the firm and smashed-down fat tissues within 4-6 months. The rate of difficulties and side-effects is inferior to more invasive procedures, such as liposuction. Other complications are swelling, discoloring, sensitivity, redness, and localized pain. PAH (paradoxical adipose hyperplasia) is rare and can be cured with traditional liposuction.

Answer: Cool Sculpting You should contact the provider who performed the procedure. That provider has a contact number to speak with the company directly regarding these issues. In cases of PAH, the company will support you and pay for corrective procedures if they are needed. I hope this helps.

Answer: VASER liposuction is the Gold Standard to fix PAH VASER liposuction is the gold standard to correct PAH The Gold Standard for superior liposuction results requires use of the advanced technology of ultrasound assisted VASER liposuction. As an official trainer of VASER liposuction, I perform full body liposuction cases every week. VASER liposuction has been the only modality that has consistently resulted in outstanding liposuction outcomes. VASER liposuction ensures a smooth contour regardless of degree of excess fat by virtue of being able to remove any and all remaining fat comprehensively and uniformly. If skin redundancy is observed, Renuvion technology can be simultaneously applied to tighten your skin to optimize your overall contour outcome. A Skype or FaceTime consultation with a VASER specialist will help you get an accurate recommendation and pricing. Respectfully, Arian Mowlavi MD, FACS Realself 100 Hall of Fame Inductee
