Hello! I'm 29, female, 5'2", 150lb, bra size 36B. I am active and do resistance training at the gym 4-5 per week. Nonsmoker. My measurements are listed on one of the pictures. - Am I a good candidate for a fat transfer? - Can I expect to lessen the appearance of my saddlebags and love handles to make my butt more flattering? - Do I need Renuvion in addition to the lipo on my stomach for the looser skin? - Are my nipples too low to get attractive results? -Your recommendations?

Answer: Fat transfer? I think you would see benefit with fat transfer to enhance volume and shape. As you pointed out, there is some ptosis of the breasts, but not dramatic. You may need a lift in the future. Also know that there are no non-invasive modalities that are effective in skin tightening (laser lipo, radiofrequency etc . . . ) Save your money in this regard. Answer: Bellesoma Method Your breasts are quite low on the chest wall. You would not be happy with just fat transfers. You need a breast lift. Many women refuse breast lifts because of the vertical scars associated with the traditional techniques. For that reason, an alternative was developed called The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevated them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained.

(Photo) In general 200cc per breast is typically the upper limit of fat injection recommended by most plastic surgeons. It is not that more cannot be injected; but on average, this has been determined to be the most that can be expected to live during one transfer. Fat transfer to the breast could improve the fullness of the breast, particularly at the top of the breast. About 50% of the fat obtains permanence. BodyTite and liposuction would improve your abdomen and if your waist was once smaller, it can probably returned to that size.

Answer: Fat Unless you only want up to one cup increase in size, you would do best with implants and a lift. With heavy exercise, the fat may not last, and implants will hold their size. I think just liposuction in the other areas will be fine.

If you want to improve the shape of your breast as well as the volume of it at the same time, you might consider getting a breast lift (pexy). Placing all the volume in one place will improve both the shape and volume of the breast. Breast fat transfer is not a solution because the breast already has ptosis. If more fat is placed in the breasts gravity can cause the breasts to sag more. For more information and recommendations is best to consult with one or several board certified plastic surgeons.
