Thank you for your question and posting appropriate pictures. You seem to be a very good candidate for liposuction and breast fat transfer. I like using Renuvion to provide definition and skin tightening. Additionally, the injected fat can be artistically placed to elevate your nipples without any external scars. It is best to have a virtual consultation to discuss options of course.

I think you would see benefit with fat transfer to enhance volume and shape. As you pointed out, there is some ptosis of the breasts, but not dramatic. You may need a lift in the future. Also know that there are no non-invasive modalities that are effective in skin tightening (laser lipo, radiofrequency etc . . . ) Save your money in this regard. Thank you for sharing.

Your breasts are quite low on the chest wall. You would not be happy with just fat transfers. You need a breast lift. Many women refuse breast lifts because of the vertical scars associated with the traditional techniques. For that reason, an alternative was developed called The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevated them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained.

In general 200cc per breast is typically the upper limit of fat injection recommended by most plastic surgeons. It is not that more cannot be injected; but on average, this has been determined to be the most that can be expected to live during one transfer. Fat transfer to the breast could improve the fullness of the breast, particularly at the top of the breast. About 50% of the fat obtains permanence. BodyTite and liposuction would improve your abdomen and if your waist was once smaller, it can probably returned to that size.

If you want to improve the shape of your breast as well as the volume of it at the same time, you might consider getting a breast lift (pexy). Placing all the volume in one place will improve both the shape and volume of the breast. Breast fat transfer is not a solution because the breast already has ptosis. If more fat is placed in the breasts gravity can cause the breasts to sag more. For more information and recommendations is best to consult with one or several board certified plastic surgeons. Fat transfer is also widely used in reconstruction of the breast after a mastectomy or lumpectomy. Thank you for your question. You are a good candidate for a fat transfer to the breast, however I would caution that it will produce a small to moderate results after one session. More than one session of Lipo transfer is often a great option for patients that want to use their own tissue but have a more drastic result.Additionally, your breasts are asymmetric and your left nipple is lower than your right. You would benefit from a small breast lift at the same time, at least on the left side. The liposuction can make significant improvements to your silhouette and target your areas of concern, the flanks and saddlebags. Additionally, you could also consider transferring some fat to your buttock, specifically to the hip dips to improve the contour. Your abdomen will get a pretty good result with the liposuction, but you may have an even better result with a mini tummy tuck to excise some of the excess skin below the belly button - it is difficult to tell exactly based on your pictures, but liposuction alone is probably more than adequate. You really need a lift and either a small implant or fat injection. If you opt for fat injections realize that it may have to be done in stages and the results are inconsistent. I would suggest saline implants if you don’t want silicone

Unless you only want up to one cup increase in size, you would do best with implants and a lift. With heavy exercise, the fat may not last, and implants will hold their size. I think just liposuction in the other areas will be fine.
