Had a tummy tuck in 2020 it was horrible. The mounds area is protruding and hard and the lower left pushes forward too. In 2021 the same doctor was “fixing it” but he only attempted to fix the right side not the left side that was bulging. It looks slightly worse. The dr also attempted an upper stomach scar revision during tummy tuck and again in 2021 which is far worse than original. It’s depressed and thin, can’t feel tissue under scar. Did the blood circulation get destroyed by the revision?

Answer: Abdominoplasty issues I'm not sure what happened with the abdominal scar revision. It is rare that they spread and thin out (without steroid injection), but it can happen to any surgeon. The mons pubis is too thick and should be liposuctioned (or skin removed) to camouflage it in clothing.
