How do I get rid of this yellow that’s left on my eyebrows?

Hi to whom this may concern. I had microblading done a year and a half ago and the person made the shape way to big and dark so I’ve went to about 5 sessions of laser tattoo removal but there’s still this yellow color left on my eyebrows. I was wondering if it’s a scar or if it’s the microblading or if it’s hyperpigmentation and if anyone can help me in what my next steps should be to remove it. Please get back to me asap this is urgent. Thank you!
