Unsure as to what these brown spotted lines that are all over the neck but would like them removed if possible or make them less visible. Would picosure help or if not could you please suggest an alternative treatment? Thank you

This can happen after any laser treatments but can happen after laser tattoo removal of colored ink and needs more sessions to get it to lighten again. Lightening creams and cosmelan can help. I suggest seeing a cosmetic dermatologist. Best, Dr. Emer.
