Hello, can PicoSure laser be performed over makeup and skincare? Or could this effect the results of the laser?

Picosure should be performed after removing makeup and skincare. This allows the provider to see the skin as it truly is to achieve the most accurate results. Having a clean base prior to treatment also reduces the risk of infection and other complications.
