Is it normal to have strong odor 4 months after miraDry?

I have hyperhidrosis all over and I did miraDry treatment twice. After the second treatment my underarm odor became terrible and it’s extremely embarrassing. I’ve tried, many times, reaching out to the physician who performed it but no response. Also I’m still sweating where it soaks my blouse. Will my underarms go back normal and is odor and sweating normal after 2 treatments? Ps the last treatment was done 4 months ago
