Is it possible for insurance to cover permanent fix to excessive underarm sweat/odor (surgery)? What steps should I take?

I’ve always had armpit sweat/odor that ruins my clothes. I make sure to never lift my arms around people. I’ve tried everything on the shelf. My current antiperspirant gives what looks like chemical burns but I still use it because it controls the odor. Would I be eligible for insurance coverage for something like surgery to fix this problem?
