My miradry result failed 5 months after my second treatment. Should I get a 3rd treatment or is any other promising solution?

I had my first procedure on Sep 2019 and the second one on Dec 2019. I had a sweat reduction of 85%. I have noticed wetness and odor on my armpits from second week of May. My underarms are wet and there is a big sweat patch on both arms after two sessions of Miradry!It literally feels like I never had any session at all! Should I consider a 3rd Miradry treatment or ETS surgery or even axillary curettage suction?

I would not move forward with a third miradry and expect the outcomes to be any different. With that being said it all depends on the template size and the energy used but assuming you had a certified provider all those variables should have been fine. But no, I would not recommend another miradry treatment.

So sorry to hear that you are having trouble.  Occasionally, the procedure is not affective due sweat glands that are deeper in the dermis.  The heat from the applicator will not reach them.  Performing a 3rd treatment will not improve your results by much unfortunately.  I would not recommend a 3rd treatment.  I would recommend one of the alternative treatments.  Good luck to you.
