You would benefit from fat transfers to the buttocks. Fillers would be expensive and fat is less expensive. From your photographs, you would probably need about 100 cc of fat.

Thank you for your question and photos. Upright back and 3/4 view back photos would've been helpful. Based on these photos, you do have a difficult problem. If you were my patient, I would do fat grafting or injection of biostimulators with detachment of the scar band adhesions. If I use biostimulators and detachment of adhesions, this procedure is done awake with local anesthesia only (GoldIncision). If fat grafting is needed first, then this is done under deep intravenous sedation. To determine the approach to correct your deformity, an in person consultation is a must to physically evaluate your condition.
