Asymmetry under nose from Rhinoplasty done incorrectly well over 20 years ago - how easily could this be fixed? (Photo)

Had a rhinoplasty / septoplasty in 1996. The doc was doing in office revisions on the cart ledge under the nose and I felt EVERYthing. He did one side and I couldn’t bear going back for the other side and at the time didn’t seem too asymmetrical. Infeel as though it has become more prominent the older I get and it’s something that really bothers me. Wondering if I’m a candidate for revision even this long after. I can’t think of any functional issue so unfortunately I’m sure I will have to pay out of pocket .… which is another reason for the delay in addressing it. If a candidate - is it very involved? Could it be done in office (With adequate pain management)? And ballpark cost?
