Im 5'10 135#. I have 355cc implants, which I find them to be too big. I wanted to stay small, but they convinced me to go big. Do you think 230cc would be an ok size for someone with my height and frame? (I like the small look).

Decreasing your implant size is certainly feasible, but there are a couple things I anticipate your surgeon will discuss with you. Prior to having your implants, it looks like you had some loose skin. The current implants are doing a nice job of stretching out the skin the to conceal that now. Decreasing the volume of the implant too much could result is the skin not being stretched out as much, so there may be some visible areas of loose skin that aren't seen currently. The other factor to figure out is if the 230cc implant will be wide enough to fit your chest. If the implant is too narrow, then it will be able to move around more and/or not fill out the pocket adequately. Choosing a smaller volume implant might mean that a different profile implant needs to be used; that would reduce the amount of projection you have even further.
