Surgery date Aug 16th went back up surgery Aug 29th to remove 3 layers of dead skin I am no longer in contact with my surgeon due to negligence advice and tips on products to use to help heal and to reduce scaring?

This is a great question. Dr. Ruter here from Syracuse Plastic Surgery in Syracuse New York. Without evaluating you in person I can't give you an exact plan. Personally, I believe there is a higher risk of burns from vaser than renuvion so we only do renuvion in our practice for surgical skin...
I do not use threads for the dissolvable threads don't last very long and the permanent threads can cause long term problems. Threads could be done at the same time or at a later time.
