This is going to be a multiple step process.  I suggest you begin by having a board certified plastic surgeon evaluate you for primary scar revision.  There may be a roll for W-plasty in this area.  Silicone gel will help you develop a fair scar.  A few months later, after that scar heals I would consider dermabrasion or non-ablative fractional laser therapy.Good Luck!
