I'm from India. I have dark spots from mosquito bites that are old. What should I do to get rid of those marks? (photos)

Suggest creams? I have dark spots on my arms and legs due to mosquito bites. They're really old I don't feel itchy now but the marks are left. Even waxing leave behind certain marks on my upper arm area and my back. My skin is realy ugly and I can't wear sleevless or short dresses until I put on a LOT of make up. Please help me I'm from India please. Suggest some creams or treatments
