Suggest creams? I have dark spots on my arms and legs due to mosquito bites. They're really old I don't feel itchy now but the marks are left. Even waxing leave behind certain marks on my upper arm area and my back. My skin is realy ugly and I can't wear sleevless or short dresses until I put on a LOT of make up. Please help me I'm from India please. Suggest some creams or treatments

There are many solutions to this problem and therefore I think you should start with minimally invasive first. 1- Start with the Dark Spot Corrector by Beverly Hills MD.  Try that for 2 months.  If this doesnt have results then a chemical peel. IF you are still experience dark spots then a laser treatment would be the last resort.
