Broken capillaries after rhinoplasty. What are the risks if I remove these capillaries with laser?

Can they be removed even if they are really thin and small? I would like a detailed answer about risks if possible, i m a bit scared.

Hi Brazuss,Broken capillaries can really develop on the nose following Rhinoplasty. This can be improved by laser. The success rate for this procedure is high while the risk of complication is very minimal, though present such as scarring, skin necrosis, or hyperpigmentation/redness.
