Broken capillaries after rhinoplasty. What are the risks if I remove these capillaries with laser?

Can they be removed even if they are really thin and small? I would like a detailed answer about risks if possible, i m a bit scared.

It looks as though the nasolabial angle has indeed been increased more than desired. However, it's only been 3 weeks since your surgery so a lot of things can change as the swelling subsides. This is a case where you would need to follow up with your surgeon as it is difficult to make an opinion...

Thank you for your question and photos. At 6 days postoperatively, you are still very early in your healing process. Swelling at this point in your recovery is to be expected. Every recovery is different but swelling is typically worst in the first couple of weeks and slowly subsides with time....

That's likely the cartilages you are manipulating until they pop out a little.  I'm not quite sure if I've heard of this before so perhaps an in person visit to a plastic surgeon very familiar with noses is likely the best thing you can do.  Best Wishes!!
