yes it is a shock loss on native hair: Transplanted graft’s hair starts to shedding in the first week of surgery and may go on untill 4-6 th weeks after surgery. İt is not surprising to lost approx.  %70-80 of all transplanted hair shafts in first month when you are washing, gently rubbing  or touching the head. İt is shock loss and not permanent. Even your native hair may affected with that post traumatic transient hair loss…New hair at transplant and donor area starts to grow at 3-4 th month after surgery .

You may have shock loss of the transplanted hairs and the existing hairs on your scalp. It is completely normal at this stage. It is important to realize that the hairs are going through the normal hair cycle, and as I tell my patients, the hardest part of the transplant is waiting for the new hairs to start growing. Typically, it takes 4 months for the hairs to "wake up" and then a couple more months until you start seeing appreciable differences.

At less then two months post op it is too early to judge your result. You will not start seeing any sort of significant growth until the 5 - 6 month mark.

You must wait a full 5-6 months for all of the new hair to start to grow. No growth at 50 days is not a problem, just be patient
