Is this shock loss? My middle scalp hairs are not growing properly (Photo)

Pls do reply this is my fifth time submitting. Hi sir , It has been 50 days since i did my FUE , but my existing hairs in the front middle scalp are not growing properly compare to the forehead front hairs. Pls inform is this shock loss,I am on fenestride for the last 2 months and minixodil ,you can also see my existing hairs b4 transplant , as I transplanted hair in crown area and also in both front sides and some few grafts in middle scalp where now the growth is very slow.
