Hello thank you for your question and posting your photos. Based on your photos you seem to had tuberous breast deformity. That means, the skin below your nipple is constricted and your inframammary fold was high, which caused your ptosis even though you had small breast. 
It looks like your surgeon tried to lower your breast fold, and because there was not enough skin, the incision is too tight and pushes your nipples upwards. You need more time to see the result.
I recommend you to contact your surgeon and listen to his/her advises. Sometimes best thing to do is doing nothing. 

It appears that you don't have enough volume from the implant, and that your inframammary folds are probably set too low. The breast tissue will settle relative to the implant, so it is correct to wait. I definitely would NOT correct it immediately. Give time for the swelling to resolve and the breast tissue to settle.
