Because Emsculpt stimulates muscles to contract, it is unsafe to use on the chest wall due to the fact that the heart is composed of muscle tissue and is located directly deep to the ribs.

No, EMSculpt is not used on the chest or upper back, nor are the paddles designed to fit those areas. It is too close to the heart. However, you can consider minimally invasive skin tightening procedures with radiofrequency like ThermiTight.  I would suggest meeting with a board certified plastic surgeon and discussing your options.
