Thank you for your question. I assume that you are relatively close out after your procedure. If this is the case, the tingling in your fingers may be due to how you were positioned on the OR table. In my practice, I tend to keep the arms out during procedures - if your case was long (> 2 hours), sometimes patients can have some numbness and tingling in their fingers that lasts for a day or two. If it doesn't improve, or if you start to have numbness and tingling around your lips, or a ringing in your ears, this can be a sign of something else related to your procedure and you should contact your surgeon.
