Swelling is a normal after your liposuction procedure and is settling due to fluid shifts. It will resolve in 3-6 months. There are significant total body fluid shifts which occur after surgery in general. These fluid shifts are especially prominant after liposuction procedures. Rest assured that this eyelid swelling will return to normal in time. Cold compresses to the orbital area will help speed the resolution of this issue. 

Most surgeries, including liposuction, have swelling of the surgical sites.  The inflammation associated with healing may also affect other areas of the body due to fluid shifts between the vascular and tissue spaces.  The eyelid swelling will subside gradually, but can be aided by head elevation and avoidance of overhydration.  Good luck with the rest of your recovery!
