I love the eyebrow lift, but it’s not worth it in exchange for these weird dents. My forehead looks uneven. I’ve been to 2 experienced doctors who had different (seemingly balanced) placements and get them every time. I’m afraid that adding more Botox there will decrease the lift, so I’m wondering if filler is a better option. What type of filler would be best and how many syringes? Sorry for the picture. The odd auto-cropping prevented me from only showing my forehead!

Hi, if the dent or hollowness is appearing after your Botox treatment, it seem likely that this is due to recruiting of other muscles that were not treated. You can probably treat this problem with a little extra strategically place Botox injections. I would not recommend fillers for this. It is risky to use fillers in this area because there is not much collateral circulation. There is a risk of developing skin ulcers and even vision loss due to misplaced fillers in the forehead.

A hyaluronic acid based filler like Restylane can help address forehead volume loss. Skin resurfacing using a fractional laser or microneedling can help with static horizontal forehead lines. An in person evaluation would be needed to confirm you are a good candidate for these treatments.
