Do you think my dentist did a good job? (Photo)

My implant doesn't match my other teeth(I don't complain on color) size and shape is my concern, when I smile, I feel with my lips only that one tooth in my mouth because it's very bulky and it seats higher in my gums. My dentist sad that she couldn't do any better because of my bone size and some other excuses, kinda my smile arch is not proper and tooth next to my implant turned different angle, but it's ok, because when I smile my gums are not exposed.

Although it is impossible to say for sure what is causing your headaches without examining you in person, there is a small chance that you may have developed TMJ due to a change in your bite after having the implant placed. I recommend visiting a neuromuscular dentist to have your jaw examined...
