I have been told endolift will help it costs $2500 I don’t want to waste my money if my option is better to do neck lift ! What is the best option I have done radiasse it disappears for two weeks then back again . I’m 43. What do you remcommend and the price For that procedure

Based on your photos, a simple machine treatment will not give you the long term result you would want, so it would be a waste of money. Sometimes they are done in conjunction with a surgical treatment, but when there is heaviness under the neck, a surgical treatment always gives a much better, long term result. Be sure to see a facial specialist for consultation.

Great question and thank you for providing photos. 
I am curious if you have had any previous procedures to the neck because it almost looks like there is some scar tissue or an area of deficient soft tissue/fat centrally? In my opinion this would best be addressed with a deep neck lift which can better address some of the submental (just under chin) fullness while also addressing some of the dimpling from excess platysma muscle. I agree with your concern and would not recommend the "endolift" procedure as this is likely to address some fat but is unlikelky to address the excess skin or muscle.

Based on her posted photos I recommend mini face/neck lift with muscle plication with Endo Laser for extra skin tightening in combination
