Hi @Cgonza1! This does appear to be filler migration. I recommend dissolving the filler with Hylenex and starting with a fresh canvas. In addition, I recommend trying a different filler. Best of luck!

Your upper lip is much bigger than your lower lip. This is rarely seen in the human population. Most people have a lower lip that’s twice as big as the upper lip and this ratio should be maintained in order to look normal.
Consider finding a different provider.
For the gold standard in regards to what fillers can do I suggest patients take a look at the website of Dr. David Mabrie in San Francisco. he’s a facial plastic surgeon who’s practice is devoted exclusively to only working with facial fillers. His work is the best I’ve ever seen. Those can serve as some guidelines for what results should look like.
When consulting with providers ask providers to show as many before and after pictures as possible to get an idea of what their average results look like. It’s ideal if you can get them to show you pictures of patients who have very similar facial characteristics to your own.
Obviously the result of fillers changes a bit over time and there’s initial swelling but you’ll get the idea when you know you’re in the hands of someone who is truly excellent.
