4 months post septorhinoplasty. Will I ever get the nose that fits who I am? What do I need done, a revision? (photos)

Hello. Great question. I am sorry for your post op difficulties. The manipulation of the nasal bone and nasal cartilage causes an abundance of swelling on the nose. Swelling misguides the results of the procedure. It can take up to one year for all the swelling to go down. Keep following your surgeon's post op instructions.

Sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with your results. Based on your photos your nose seems swollen, 4 months post op is the early stage of the healing process which takes at least one year. I recommend you waiting one year after that for ongoing concerns you may consider a revision rhinoplasty by the experienced Board Certified Plastic Surgeon. Hello,Although Beverly Hills is noted for plastic surgery, there are plenty of inexperienced surgeons here, as well as poorly trained ones too. It is such a shame and so frustrating when things don't turn out like you hoped. Your nose is still swollen, but will likely not turn out like your goals. Cell phone camera pics can be very distorted, so the actual appearance of your nose and the appearance of your wish pics are hard to evaluate, however your goals don't seem to be out of reach. I don't know how your surgeon performed the surgery, but in my hands a rigid, graft reinforced frame of cartilage would be necessary to create a sturdy construct that would support your goal nasal shape. This time around, be sure your surgeon is expert in revision rhinoplasty and has at least a decade or two of experience.
