How come my butt looks flat since my mommy makeover surgery? Is it because of my posture?

It's hard to say without knowing more details or examining you in person, but my guess is that you are either still swollen in your abdomen which is throwing off your posture and/or you've been lying down more than the norm thus flattening out the fanny. Thank you for your question.  Without photographs or a description of the types of procedures you had as part of your mommy makeover, it is difficult to give you an opinion as to the cause. If your buttocks were not a focus of the surgery, nothing should have changed with regard to their shape or size.  

You did not state whether or not the buttock area was a target of a portion of the mommy makeover. If not the procedure would have no long-term effect on the volume of the buttock area. Pictures would be useful.
