2 years ago I had 3000 grafts done and as you can see there are lots of gaps and it does look obvious if you know what to look for. I don’t want to have another transplant to addd entity as I have enough hair it is just the density that is the big problem. I had SMP on the back of my head as the donor area scaring was really bad and looked extremely obvious. Ther results were unreal you can’t even tell. Also can the SMP be done without having to have my head shaved again? Thanks.
