I have had very good success treating lip symmetry using combinations of Botox, Fillers, and Skin tightening with lasers, micro needling or radio frequency. Other options would be surgical and/or fat grafting. Be sure to consult with a facial specialist. Best Regards Dr. Weiss

The timing of the appearance of these purple spots is unusual; I would recommend that you schedule an appointment with whoever performed your injections. It is not likely to be bruising or tindel effect.
