I had jaw surgery almost 20 year ago and while the surgery was a success and helped my bite as I am aging the chin and lower lip are becoming unnatural looking. There is a lot of strain in the chin when I close my mouth which I feel has built up a bulbous chin. Also, there is a harsh line where the scar tissue formed that has a tethering effect when I talk or close my mouth. I will lilely need braces again for the returning overbite, but I don’t want to do jaw surgery again. Options?
