Chalazion removed 3 weeks ago - small hard bump still there. Will it go away by itself? (Photo)

Hi! I had surgery to remove a champion on my upper right eye lid 3 weeks ago. It's a lot better now but I still have a small hard bump on the eyelid which is neither growing or subsiding. Should I go back to the doctor or is it just scar tissue that'll go with time? I use eye drops to keep the eye moist and wash the lid morning and evening with warm water.

Your surgeon would need to decide if the increased risk of a hematoma was warranted.  It is also essential that your surgeon work with the hematologist to make sure you are optimally managed.  Even then, there is a much higher risk of hematoma and delayed healing.  Eyelid surgery...

Based on the info that you provided, it would be best if you see an ophthalmologist to make sure that the diagnosis is established and correct treatment is recommended.

Your lower eyelids have been compromised by the transcutaneous lower eyelid surgery.  It is true that the fat remove was not ideal.  However, your issues are far beyond that.  The lower eyelids are vertically short and have actually pull the lateral aspect of the upper eyelids...
